I wanted to like this more because I really do try to give skincare products a fair chance, and it does absorb eventually. It just takes longer than I expected, and for about the first hour my skin felt kind of greasy. It’s not a bad product at all, I just don’t think I’d reach for it during the day when I need something that sinks in faster

I’ve been using this on my dry hands and it works really well, really well. It sinks in fast and doesn’t leave that heavy, greasy feeling behind. I do still put on a little more at night, but overall I’m really happy with it

At first I thought the texture was kind of too thick and not really my thing, but actually, after using it a bit, it’s still perfectly usable. Not my favorite, but not bad either.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing dramatic, just one of those annoying little things that pops up when you’re already trying to get through your day. I emailed them and, i expected to be waiting a while because that’s usually how customer service goes. Side note, I had also been trying to make coffee at the same time and somehow managed to forget to put a mug under the machine, so it was already that kind of morning. Anyway, they got back to me fast and fixed the issue without a ton of back and forth. It wasn’t a perfect experience from start to finish, but the support person was helpful, clear, and easy to deal with. That counts for a lot.

They kept me updated the whole way through, which made the process feel really straightforward. I never had to chase for answers, and it was reassuring to know I could trust them to keep me in the loop...

I’ve ordered from Person & Covey few times now, and delivery has been really dependable. Not much else to say it just arrives on day they say it will and everything is packed fine. I like not having to chase update or wonder where my order is. Makes reordering easy for me.

I was mostly just trying to get the order done quickly and wasn’t expecting much either way. The site was easy enough to use, and the updates came through when I needed them, even if everything wasn’t totally perfect. After it all arrived and the process was over, I did feel like they were a place I’d be comfortable ordering from again.

The product itself was fine, honestly. No real complaints there. But the shipping cost kind of caught me off guard at checkout, and it felt way too high for what I was ordering. I actually almost backed out because of it. I’d be more likely to order again if the delivery fee was lower, or at least shown more clearly before you get all the way to checkout.

That said, everything else was correct and in good shape, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a small mistake that kept it from being perfect...

It took a bit of back and forth, but they did eventually fix the issue. I’m glad it got resolved, but it was frustrating dealing with the little policy loopholes along the way that made everything take longer than it should have.

I returned one item and expected it to be a hassle, but actually it was easy. Got my money back faster than I thought, so no complaints there.

I left feeling like I paid too much for what I got. The service wasn’t terrible, but it was average, and nothing about the experience made the cost feel justified. I was expecting a lot more for the price. If they don’t either improve the value or lower the prices, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else.
